FAQ 37: Feature "Change auditor id" (ADP no)

Use change auditor id to change the assignment of auditors when the auditor id is changed mid audit! Using this function will replace all occurrences of the old auditor id with the new one.
For reports which are going to be merged it has to be executed by both the co auditor the Auditor ID changed and by the lead auditor
Why is there a feature to change the auditor ID?
You can change the auditor ID directly in CARA next to the auditor's name. However, doing so without this specific feature will cause all assignments linked to that auditor to stop functioning, as the system relies on a unique auditor identification for proper merging. This unique identification is managed by the auditor id, which is also used for the auditor's base identification in CARA.
This feature ensures that when the auditor ID is changed, all associated assignments are updated accordingly. From the process audit team and process details to the creator of the NC (Non-Conformance), the system will update the new auditor ID throughout, ensuring that the correct user is used and all fields are merged properly.
