FAQ: Printing report problem
The print function saves a pdf of the report on your PC. Usually you will be asked if you want to open or save the pdf.
Some users have the auto save setting on, so the file will be automatically saved in Downloads (or your auto save folder).
If you don't get a PDF file it might be caused by your uploaded logo file format (bmp, dib). Please change the Logo format to jpg and try again.
Make sure your browser is up to date. Not older than one year.
Apple has his own policy of handling standards. It can happen that all file creation won't work in Safari. Please use a different browser.
Please check your attached logo or images if you have issues with printing. Printing is only possible with images in jpeg format.
