FAQ: How can I update?

The Analysis Tools are updated automatically but the new version will be activated on the next start of the application after closing the browser. Due to the offline functionalities of our application will check on startup if you are online and if there is a new version available.

The new version will be downloaded and made available for you for the next startup of the browser it won’t be activated directly. If you want to make sure that you are working with the new version you can open the Analysis Tools wait for around a minute close the browser and reopen it again.

If you are still using the offline version please create a backup and use https://vda6-3.vda-qmc-tools.de/. The offline version support has ended. The new version of the analysis tools is a progressive web app and runs offline after first startup as long you don’t clear your browser history/cache.
