All entries in the action plan are added based on the result n the question section. If a result is less than optimal it will be added.
Most of the report data is added from the report header section. The auditor can define though the requirements for the action plan completion and expected action plan completion date.
Per question and reference (i.e. process(step), project …) a action plan section will be added.
In the header the question is shown the reference if available and the result.
At the top if available the mages are shown. Per finding for the result a section will be added containing the finding and expecting the response. Per finding one or more actions/measures will be expected.
For each reason and measure attachments can be made. It is possible to attach images (png/jpeg) or pdf files. These files can be attached using a file select which will be opened using the add clip icon.
Alternatively they can be added by drag and drop. If required and the device has a camera an image can be taken and attached.
