FAQ 09: Problem changing language

Do not use the in build browser translation when using our application. This will damage our functionalities and will provide you with questionnaires which are not correct and properly translated and will differ from the VDA books.

If you have a problem changing the language in any of our tools you have translated the application using the browsers in build translator. You should not use this functionality on complex websites and products as this will damage their functionality. If you are not aware of these functionalities you should read the help of the browser about this feature.

If this functionality is enabled you will find the translation icon in the top right corner in the url field (see exemplary screenshot for Edge bellow. It is blue because it is active). When you press on the button you receive the option to deactivate the translation.

Afterwards you can change the language in our application settings.
