Finding/Notes page

The finding notes page allows a more workflow driven approach for an assessment. The auditor can make his finding and notes first and in a second step add them to the question.

Open

Using add Finding/Note an additional finding/note can be added. The action menu bar shown above will be at the top and bottom of the page.

Per finding a finding note is expected an internal comment can be made and images can be added. For more details about these sections please read the Questions page as these entry sections are the same.

When finding/notes have to be migrated to a question this can be done by using “Activate move note to question”. This will activate the migration section for each finding/note.

Depending if the report type is report or a potential analysis the action bar will have asses buttons for all inactive question sections in VDA 6.3 report. If a question section is not activated for assessment the finding/note can not be migrated.

Once the migration is activated each finding will receive a note to question section. Depending on the type of question the selection of the question will be sufficient. Often like for the P6 section in the VDA 6.3 report the process is expected or like for the potential analysis a project. Once the selection is sufficient the migration button (arrow with multiple pluses) will be available as seen bellow.

The note migration section also offers the possibility to set the result. If the result is bellow optimal even the immediate action for the finding can be defined. The result will always show the current result and update it if it’s set or changed.

Findings, internal comments and images will be attach to the exiting answers information for that question. If the question has an empty finding field it will be updated. If no finding is defined all other data will still be updated.
