Activation and Access to IATF CARA using ADP login

All auditors have an access to the ADP database. In release 1.2 the activation of IATF CARA will be moved away from the ADP number to the ADP login (OpenID login).

Concept

If the auditor is not logged in ADP he will be required to enter his authentication data for ADP so IATF CARA can synchronize his access. This will be required on first use of IATF CARA and every four weeks.

If the user is already logged in ADP IATF CARA will automatically synchronize his access. This check is done on every startup.

CBs will still be able to user their own logins without requiring an ADP account.

One week before access to CARA would be closed the auditor will be asked to enter his credentials if he is not logged in in ADP already. This value can be changed in settings to two weeks. On the start page there will be also an activation timer and an update activation button so the user can actively reset the time as needed. This functionality allow the user to update the activation as needed based on his offline use of IATF CARA.

The default activation check will occur on startup of IATF CARA.

ADP login will be used.

Activation will has to be checked after four weeks, can be manually checked.

CBs will use there specific ID numbers and do not need an ADP login
