Our service desk can help you in all cases after you have provided us with backup or report files. If you run into a problem where it’s impossible to save any file you have always the possibility to send us the log for the problem. This log is always accessible in all browsers.
To access it you can press “Ctrl+Shift+I” and then make sure you are in the “Console” page.
You can access this menu also using the settings icon in the top right corner of the browser.
