FAQ: Why can I not use png-format for images/logos?

Every modern application uses libraries as base of their product. The library for printing pdf will not work if an image has an empty background like it is possible with png. To be as user friendly as possible and to avoid complex explanations for end users, forcing jpg is the best solution.

Please convert the image beforehand to jpg.
