If you don't get a PDF file it might be caused by your Uploaded Logo uploaded logo file format (bmp, dib). Please change the Logo format to to jpg and try again.
Make sure your browser is up to date. Not older than one year.
Apple has his own policy of handling standards. It can happen that all file creation won't work in Safari. Please use a different browser.
